Witnesses describe the suspect as being about 33 - 38 years old, weighing approx. 73kg - 81kg (161lbs - 178lbs) and 165cm - 172cm (5'5" - 5'8") tall. He was last seen in Istanbul.

Several people have stated that just the glimpse of a shirtless man can make the suspect sexually rampant!
